The event, held on June 27, marked the second edition of the AWS GenAI Roadshow in Argentina and was a resounding success, featuring Kiu System Solutions as a key customer on stage.

The AWS GenAI Roadshow gathered over 420 attendees, including industry leaders and technology enthusiasts, eager to explore the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning. Among the highlights was the participation of Kiu System Solutions’ Chief Product Officer, Juan Felipe Restrepo, who joined the esteemed panel “The Voice of the Customer.” Restrepo shared Kiu's latest development in AI with the audience, emphasizing their innovative solutions designed for airlines’ e-commerce and customer service.

During the panel, the latest AI-powered innovation, KIUT AI Concierge got the spotlight. This state-of-the-art digital assistant is set to revolutionize airline sales and customer service. KIUT AI Concierge enhances direct marketing and air travel sales while optimizing the post-sale experience. The virtual assistant supports conversations in over 75 languages via popular chat platforms, including WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, and WeChat.
Juan Felipe Restrepo addressed KIUT AI Concierge’s market opportunity and impact on the industry: “KIUT AI Concierge sets a landmark in the industry, as it introduces a virtual assistant that not only digitalizes and makes the online sale process more efficient, while eliminating wait times at call centers, but also transforms and accelerates customer service for airlines through every day and user-friendly chat channels for millions of passengers.”
