Satena expands its Suite with Kiu E- Commerce


New internet booking engine for Satena


Satena, Colombian leader airline, has expanded its suite of integrated solutions in Kiu and chosen our Internet Booking Engine (IBE) to complement its e-commerce platform.
Our IBE promotes passengers’ self-management through the website to facilitate the process of reservation and issuance of both air and non-air services. Not only will Satena be able to personalize the offer according to its needs but also will have a tool totally responsive that will allow customers’ access from any device.
In order to achieve the live production phase, we proceeded with all the integration for the app to comply with all the legal requirements requested by Colombian government, namely from acceptation amendments for terms and conditions in passengers’ personal data stage to the adjustments of all the fares. An entire professional team was appointed in order to complete all the steps and monitor the process as the system went live officially on December 31st.
From 2016, Satena has relied on the suite of integrated solutions that Kiu is providing to more than 50 airlines worldwide. This service is complemented with the rest of solutions that the airline currently has: Kiu PSS, GDS, Kiu Admin, Kiu BI, among others.

Kiu System Solutions y Camair-Co, compañía bandera de Camerún, han firmado un contrato de múltiples años por la suite entera de soluciones.
