Debido al rápido crecimiento y la alta demanda de servicios, este 01 de febrero inauguramos el primer call center de Kiu RES en Caracas, el cual brindara soporte a usuarios de agencias de viajes y aerolíneas de Kiu System Solutions globalmente. Se instruyó al personal contratado sobre el uso de los módulos completos y funcionalidades operativas del sistema, para la rápida orientación al usuario. Los agentes también pueden proporcionar apoyo de agencias, venta del producto y servicio al cliente para diferentes aerolíneas, entre otros servicios. En Kiu System Solutions nos enorgullece poder brindar un mejor servicio y ayuda a nuestros clientes, las 24 horas del dia, los 7 días  de la semana.

The expansion of this new center of attention is backed by the constant growth of our company. Due to the rapid growth and high demand for services, this February we inaugurated the first call center of Kiu RES in Caracas, which will provide support to users of travel agencies and airlines of Kiu System Solutions globally. The contracted personnel were instructed on the use of the complete modules and operative functionalities of the system, for the quick orientation of the user. Agents can also provide agency support, product sales and customer service for different airlines, among other services.
