La operación de la aerolínea creció gradualmente hasta que la compañía recibió el reconocimiento como la aerolínea del Pacífico. The growth in the flight operation obligates TAC to use KIU PSS as reservation, sale and check-in system. Transporte Aéreo de Colombia TAC S.A was born fifteen years ago in the foothills of the Colombian Pacific with the aim of providing services to the coast and other hard to reach areas of the country covering the needs of the population and benefiting business, health and tourism region. The airline operation gradually grew until the company received the recognition as the airline of the pacific. In KIU System Solutions, we are honored that TAC has selected our reservation system, KIU Res, as the tool they will use to support the immediate growth the company is facing. TAC takes advantage of the wide penetration that KIU GDS has in the market of travel agencies in Colombia, as an alternative way to increase its presence and reduce distribution costs.

In order to begin the regular operations, Air Costa Rica selected KIU PSS as a reservation system. I n an ambitious project, the airline Air Costa Rica has set as a tentative date November for the launch of the new scheduled airline. For an airline to operate, it is essential that it has the mission-critical systems. One of them is the reservation and sale system, which allows the airline to offer its content. For that, Air Costa Rica, took a timely decision and selected KIU Res as a comprehensive reservation, sales and check-in system. As the main scheduled destinations, the company has defined San Jose, Guatemala City, San Salvador, Managua, Bogota, and Miami. Airline staff who had previously worked with KIU Res, have trusted again in our product, as a way of confirming the functionality of the system and the quality of our support. The revenue control system, KIU Admin is part of the solution that will be implemented in Air Costa Rica afterward.

Para comenzar las operaciones regulares, Air Costa Rica, seleccionó KIU Res, como sistema de reserva. En un ambicioso proyecto, la aerolínea Air Costa Rica estableció como fecha tentativa noviembre para el lanzamiento de la nueva aerolínea programada. Para que una aerolínea opere, es esencial que cuente con los sistemas de misión crítica. Uno de ellos, es el sistema de reserva y venta, que permite a la aerolínea ofrecer su contenido. Para eso, Air Costa Rica, tomó una decisión oportuna y seleccionó a KIU Res como un sistema completo de reservas, ventas y facturación. Como principales destinos programados, la empresa ha definido San José, Ciudad de Guatemala, San Salvador, Managua, Bogotá y Miami. El personal de la aerolínea que había trabajado anteriormente con KIU Res, ha vuelto a confiar en nuestro producto, como una forma de confirmar la funcionalidad del sistema y la calidad de nuestro soporte.
